Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking through our online system, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings made through our online platform are subject to availability and confirmation by SK Hair Extension.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or message once your booking has been accepted.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our sole discretion.

Deposit Requirements

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, particularly for premium services such as hair extensions, full sets of nails, or treatments exceeding one hour.
  • The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final service bill.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online payment methods.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment at the salon’s discretion. Deposits for rescheduled appointments due to late arrival are non-refundable.

Salon’s Right to Modify or Cancel

SK Hair Extension reserves the right to:

  • Change, modify, reschedule, or cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, staff unavailability, emergencies, or operational requirements.
  • In the event we cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative time slot or a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Services Offered

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Hair extensions and styling
  • Nail services (manicure, pedicure, nail art)
  • Hair treatments and coloring
  • Eyelash extensions and treatments
  • Beauty treatments and skincare

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information when booking.
  • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
  • Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
  • Follow aftercare instructions provided by our specialists.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Final payment is due at the completion of your service.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

Health and Safety

  • We maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with Bahrain Ministry of Health regulations.
  • Clients must disclose any infectious conditions or health concerns that may affect service delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if there are health or safety concerns.

Liability

  • SK Hair Extension shall not be liable for any adverse reactions to products or treatments, provided proper consultation and patch testing procedures have been followed.
  • Clients use our services at their own risk, and we recommend discussing any concerns with our specialists before treatment.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • While we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, we cannot guarantee availability.
  • Deposits from rescheduled appointments will be transferred to the new booking date.

Data Protection

  • Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for appointment management and service delivery.
  • We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by Bahraini law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Bahraini jurisdiction.
